For orders under $500 - Full payment must be paid when placing the order through our online store - no exceptions. 

For orders $500 and above - 50% deposit must be paid when placing the order with the remaining balance due and payable no later than 2 weeks prior to pick-up - no exceptions.

 

All orders require a minimum 24 hrs notice. Depending on current availability, failure to meet this requirement will result in either order cancelation or the order date being pushed back to the next order date to reflect the required payment period.

In order to ensure we do not miss any details and that all information for your order is in one place, we no longer accept orders over the phone, on Instagram or Facebook. Please keep in mind that we are a small cookie business and therefore fill up for orders quickly. Please be understanding if we cannot accept your order. Please also note that we cannot accept same day orders and all orders are subject to availability.
